BANNER BANK - ANDERSON BLACK EAGLE BLDG - STE 210) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. To create a 2,460 square foot office tenant space on the 2nd story of an existing 2 story building. The restrooms, the stairways, the elevator, the roof top mechanical units, and the corridor were all constructed under shell permit BLD05-03105. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, wall furring and insulation, suspended ceilings, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. The scope of the sprinkler work includes adding 22 down heads into the new wall and ceiling layout. The existing SSU heads will be removed and the outlets plugged off. When tenant work affects fire sprinkler protection outside the permitted work area due to the installation of tenant-demising or new partition walls, the affected area sprinkler coverage outside the BLD permit will fall under the Fire Permit scope of work, to maintain the required fire protection within the fire sprinklered facility. The "Riser" and its supplies which include all appurtenances (including tamper, alarm and alarm monitoring) relating to the normal and correct function and integrity of this system will fall under the jurisdiction for code compliant verification.
