To remodel a 1880 sq. ft. portion within the existing SARMC hospital complex for use as Medical Imaging Room and associated support areas. Work includes selective interior demolition of non-bearing walls & interior finishes. To construct non-combustible, fire-resistive interior walls to create an MRI Magnet Room, Control and Equipment Rooms; RF and or magnetic shielding system; interior finishes, cabinets and suspended ceiling grid system; new accessible waiting, restroom and dressing room area and Tech Work Room; to upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm systems to meet tenant needs and provide minimum compliance with current adopted codes and ordinances. Separate applications, plans and permits are required for the alarm and sprinkler system modifications prior to any work being done. *DRS* Treasure Valley Fire Protection to remove 3 existing branch lines to accommondate the new MRI Unit. New lines and sprinklers will be reinstalled once the new construction work is completed; under a seperate FIR permit.
