This project is to install a new fire sprinkler monitoring system in the shell and core areas of a new office building. Work includes in-duct and HVAC duct smoke detection. Elevator lobby smoke detectors recall and shunt trip. Audible visual devices installed in the common and public areas. Una Mas Office Shell & Core Building - Is to construct a 50,280 square foot, three story office building with a 17,420 square foot basement and related site improvements. This building is constructed of a concrete basement, steel structural frame with steel stud exterior walls, metal deck and concrete floors and metal roof deck. The basement contains 27 parking spaces, 14 varying sized storage units, restrooms with showers conference room, mechanical room and circulation hallway. The first floor finished core area includes central corridor/lobby, restrooms, phone/data room. This is a shell and core permit only. Separate tenant improvement permits are required to finish this building for occupancy. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for one-hour fire-resistive substitution.
