The first floor finished core area includes central corridor/lobby, restrooms, phone/data room. This is a shell and core permit only. Separate tenant improvement permits are required to finish this building for occupancy. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for one-hour fire-resistive substitution.

Lacking notification coverage at the basement restrooms, low air switch is not adjusted properly, identify zone descriptors with central station, missing covers at two control modules, provide lock and label at the breaker to the FACP, provide as-built plans correctly reflecting field mods including deleted monitor points, need map at the panel, 2nd and 3rd floor ID's and elevator not tested at this time, SD at the 2nd floor lobby to be relocated to the drop ceiling.
