A temporary occupancy was given on the condition that the east elevator be locked out and not used until it has passed inspection. Also a plan holder is needed in the fire alarm panel control room to contain the building map.

The elevator hat lights were not working in either elevator. The heat detector is too far away from the sprinkler head in the west elevator shaft and the a/v's on the first floor are missing their covers. The elevator testing needs to be started over.
