To construct an 8,466 square foot tenant space on the 1st story of BoDo Building #7 (Northeast corner). Work is to include 4 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, millwork, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of dropping 85 pendant heads into a new wall and ceiling layout. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
When tenant work affects fire sprinkler protection outside the permitted work area. The affected area sprinkler coverage outside the BLD permit will fall under the Fire Permit scope of work, to maintain the required fire protection within the fire sprinklered facility. The "Riser" and its supplies which include all appurtenances (including tamper, alarm and alarm monitoring) relating to the normal and correct function and integrity of this system will fall under the jurisdiction for code compliant verification.
