Description	This project is to install a required Fire Alarm Sprinkler Monitoring Panel for the Shell of the Emerald Tech West Building #10. To construct a new 12,100 square foot, one story, office shell building and related site improvements. This building will be constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls, concrete slab floor and steel structural columns and roof joists with metal roof deck. I arrived for the second time today and found that the map still was not updated. So no test was performed. A re-inspection fee was applied.

The map does not match the actual zones. The smoke detector is about ready to fall off the wall and when trying to test it a trouble come in. The monitoring company does not have an address for the project and the call list has not been set up. The contractor stated everything had been tested
