VANILLA FINISH)(ONE FRONT STREET - STE 305) This building is fully sprinklered as substitution for 1-hour fire resistive construction. There is an existing 1-hour rated corridor connecting the 2-hour stair enclosures that serve as the exits for all tenants on this floor. To build-out interior finishes for a NEW "VANILLA" FINISH space of 2,884 sq. ft. for proposed future office. To perform work on sprinkler and alarm systems to comply with current adopted codes and ordinances of Boise City. Install a suspended ceiling grid system, diffusers and light fixtures and finish interior walls of "Vanilla" space for a future, yet to be determined tenant. The sprinkler work includes dropping down heads into the new wall and ceiling layout. It is noted on the plans that only a single head may be supplied from any 1" outlet. When tenant work affects fire sprinkler protection outside the permitted work area due to the installation of tenant-demising or new partition walls, the affected area sprinkler coverage outside the BLD permit will fall under the Fire Permit scope of work, to maintain the required fire protection within the fire sprinklered facility. The "Riser" and its supplies which include all appurtenances (including tamper, alarm and alarm monitoring) relating to the normal and correct function and integrity of this system will fall under the jurisdiction for code compliant verification.
