This building is fire sprinklered under the provisions of the 1994 UCBC because it is too tall and too big. To create a 1,786 square foot office tenant space on the 5th story if the Empire Building by expanding an existing 960 square foot tenant space into an adjacent area. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, suspended ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
