To create a 1,873 square foot, two story tenant space (1,059 square foot 1st story and 814 square foot 2nd story) within an existing building. The fire sprinkler scope of work includes adding 7 down heads on the second level to accommodate the new wall and ceiling layout. Project is not ready for a final. Infact plans need to be resubmitted showing the 2" drop down branchlines not forming a loop and also if the ceiling on the second floor is installed as discussed with Terry there will be combustible concealed spaces that will need to be delt with.
