Description	Demo the existing 10" gate & check valves with in the underground valve pit at the North East corner of the property. A new 10" Febco model 870V Back Flow device will be installed in its place. A new FDC will be installed at the pit in its original location. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire “Inspection Card” are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. No building permit is associated with this permit.
