This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. To remodel an existing 2,050 square foot tenant space to be used as a performance and dining assembly occupancy. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, a raised platform and stairways, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
