Building Permit # BLD06-00051 is to build a 20,500 square foot, one story, warehouse shell building addition on the east end of an existing 14,500 square foot, one story warehouse building. The existing building and new addition are constructed of masonry exterior bearing walls and wood framed roof system. This permit also includes related site improvements. Called David Maxwell of Northwest Sales, The fire alarm permit application referenced building permit # BLD06-02317. Permit 02317 is for a tenant improvement project that is to be completed. The plans submitted were for the building shell, and should have referenced BLD06.00051. I asked David if this application was for the building shell and David confirmed that it was.
