The Scope of Work:
HEWLETT PACKARD BLDG #3 To perform selective demolition of specified HVAC equipment and associated ducts, controls and utilities and at all four corners of Building #3 HP. The fire sprinkler coverage and associated piping involved with the mechanical demo will be removed. A separate permit in the future will address the new coverage as required. When tenant work affects fire sprinkler protection outside the permitted work area due to the installation of tenant-demising or new partition walls, the affected area sprinkler coverage outside the BLD permit will fall under the Fire Permit scope of work, to maintain the required fire protection within the fire sprinklered facility. The "Riser" and its supplies which include all appurtenances (including tamper, alarm and alarm monitoring) relating to the normal and correct function and integrity of this system will fall under the jurisdiction for code compliant verification. The permit is attached to BLD06-02690.
