(3,296 sq. ft. 1st floor / 3,024 sq. ft. 2nd floor) first time tenant build-out for Artisan Optometry clinic with retail sales (852 sq. ft.) & medical services, office and support areas (5,468 sq. ft.) in new shell building. Shell permit is BLD06-00212.
