Had meeting with the fire alarm vendor/designer. I told Keith that I have concerns about his design qualifications. I presented to him the deficiencies on this simple fire alarm system and Keith agreed that he continues to make mistake after mistake. His level of NICET qualification is level 1 (Not sufficient for fire alarm system design) I requested that he submit to me his factory training credentials due to he has no other design qualifications.
