This fire alarm permit is to install a fire sprinkler monitoring panel in a new apartment complex building. Building Permit # BLD06-00993 is to construct a new 4,562 square feet, single story, seven unit apartment building with 448 square feet of covered entry porches. There are four units that are: two bedroom one bath, there are two units that are: one bedroom one bath, and one studio unit. Each unit is less than 800 square feet. NOTE: This building is required to be fire sprinklered per NFPA 13-R. Buildings "A, B and the office building are being constructed per Section 704.3 EXCEPTION, the aggregate area of the buildings are within the allowable area of one building.
