To finish 1,732 square feet of floor area located on the first floor within an existing shell building. This space is to be used for meal preparation for take home cooking. Work to include installation of commercial kitchen, class I hood, grease interceptor, interior walls, accessible restroom, suspended ceiling with related electrical, plumbing and mechanical. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered per NFPA 13.
