Description	Revised Scope of Work: 02/23/07 Plans & calculations were resubmitted as a result of the field inspectors request due to additional heads being added to remote area #2. Plans & calculations are approved as submitted and do not appear to adversely affect the operation of the system as designed. Original Scope of Work: Garden Center (Shell & Core) - To construct a new 12,000 square foot, one story, steel frame retail and restaurant shell building and related site improvements. This building will contain a future 3,480 square foot restaurant, a 600 square foot mechanical room and a future 7,920 square foot retail garden store. The garden store tenant improvement is being constructed concurrently with this shell building under building permit BLD06-00454. The Under Ground supply was installed under permit FIR06-00591, consisting of a 140’-0” run of 6” C-900 beginning at a new tapping tee provided by others. The overhead fire sprinkler protection will consist of a shell only, wet pipe system through out the entire structure. The system supply will be boosted be a 500 gpm @ 80 psi inline booster pump, to be located in the Mechanical room. The system supply will be controlled from a Wall PI valve outside the Mechanical room. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD06-00453.
