Existing strobes at some locations are mounted below min. height allowed AFF, strobe notification devices in some areas are not in synchronization as required, need to lower two pull stations, a/v's at two locations are blocked by doors when in the open position, a/v's are overspaced at the SW corner, will check new nac batteries, modifications, as-built plans, and signal verification at next inspection.

Called Alarm Vendor, Lynde (Mountain Alarm) Requested alarm system matrix to complete the issue of this fire alarm review. Two notification appliances were also noted as requiring modification to the design. This information was noted in general comments in the fire alarm review. This was also to be relayed to Designer Stephanie Cobbley by the alarm company. Issue of this permit is pending me receiving the alarm matrix.
