Description	To construct a 6,673 sq. ft. Type IIB one story addition to the existing Verizon switch gear office building and to remodel the interior of the existing building. This building is to be fully fire sprinkled. Sprinklers used for area increase. The existing underground supply piping with be abandoned. A new 6” lead in will be installed. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
