This permit is to relocate and install some new audible visual notification appliances in this tenant area on the 11th floor of the US Bank Building. Building permit # BLD06-03215 is to remodel a 1,475 sq ft portion of an existing 9,519 sq.ft. office tenant space located on the 11th floor per approved plans. Work to include, selective demolition of interior partitions and finishes, construction of new noncombustible partitions, installation of suspended ceiling in selective areas, relocation of existing lighting and adding new lighting, relocate existing duct work, new miscellaneous related finishes.
