To remodel an existing office by expanding into an additional 1,405 sq.ft. of vacant area which changes the office tenant space from 5,018 to 6,423 sq.ft. per approved plans. Work to include, selective interior demolition, construction of new interior noncombustible partitions, installation of new suspended ceiling and related lighting, installation of new HVAC ducting, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. RMH (PLAN MODIFICATION / 12/20/06 ) TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL 227 SQ FT OFFICE TO TENANT SPACE TO BRING THE TOTAL TENANT SPACE AREA TO 6650 SQ FT. *RMH* TVFP to modify 22 SSP's within the permitted work area to accomodate new walls and ceilings.
