Brian, We got your comments and I have spoken with Donny who
submitted the drawings. The approved shell and core plans for the Gem Noble Project included all of the design work for the second
floor/tenants included. After we submitted and were approved the
owner/general contractor pulled individual tenant BLD#'s for each space. After discussions with Sam Rogers we resubmitted the same plans we submitted for the shell and core attaching the individual BLD#'s to each condo unit. There is no difference between the shell and core/tenant build out except that we need individual FIR#'s to call for inspections under. Donny will make all the other necessary revisions, I will have color code the outline of each condo unit with the appropriate BLD.
