Telcon with Randy, DeBest (###-####); they are to be replaced with another sprinkler contractor to redesign the system for 19' hi stge of Class II commdity (fruits and vegies in wooden and multi-ply CB crates, in single row racks without IR's, ord temp ceiling spk's; req's 0.34/2000sf density (avail density is 0.15). When new plans are submitted from a new contractor, this permit is to be voided and replaced with a new permit for the new contractor).

Per the drawings and a subsequent phone conversation with Randy at DeBest, the sprinkler system in the coolers is designed for a .15 gpm density and is limited to a maximum storage height of 12'-0". The storage height as measured by me is at 19'-0". The system needs to be recalculated to the storage height being used or storage needs to be lowered pemanantly.
