This permit is to replace and install new fire alarm system devices in an I3 occupancy adult west wing per an upgrade agreement with the City of Boise. Building Permit BLD06-02607 is to upgrade the existing corridor ceilings, to include protection of openings, penetrations and ducting, to provide a complete code compliant 1-hour fire rated corridor egress system in area designated on plans as Phase IV, as per recorded letter of agreement on file. A copy of said agreement is attached to these plans and referenced on the cover sheet by the submitting architect of record. Also to upgrade the existing sprinkler and alarm systems as needed for code compliance, all as permitted by the fire department under separate permits and regulated by the same. A Letter of Compliance is required for this project as evidence of final inspections and approval by applicable city agencies. drs
