To install a (modified) life safety NFPA 13D system in a five bedroom, four bathroom 4,399-f/2 two story single family dwelling with a attached two car garage. The modification is the installation of a single row of sprinklers along the common wall attached to the garage and the living space. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
