This permit is to install three new audible visual notification appliances to an existing fire alarm system in a newly remodeled shower and locker area. Building permit Bld06-01263 is to remodel an existing 550 square foot area to create a Women's shower room, a Men's shower room, and a locker room. This area is located next to the lower basement elevator lobby in the US Bank Plaza. In addition, the lower basement elevator lobby (about 653 square feet) will be remodeled. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, 8 showers total with 2 showers being accessible to the disabled, lockers, tile floor finish, and tile wall finish. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
