Building permit BLD06-02599 is to remodel several areas within an existing 31,680 square, 1 story office building. About 16,000 square feet of area is affected. An A-3 Occupancy break room will be created. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, suspended ceilings, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
