Verified completion of c/n items at the pump including repair of the pressure limiting device. Ventilation, EM lighting, and floor drain are acceptable. Noted missing outside waterflow bell, need to program weekly run timer/schedule, fire dpt. access road to the pump house is not adequate, the hydrant at the NE corner of the building is not live. Provide a legible copy of the approved plan set at the next inspection for OH rough-in, still need hydrostatic testing.

Completed pump acceptance testing per NFPA 20, noted some items in need of correction including mesh at PRV and engine exhaust discharge, FDC needs repair, lock fuel supply open, no galvanized pipe is allowed in the fuel supply line, pump room needs adequate ventilation and a floor drain, provide 3-way valve at jockey sensing guage, tighten bolts at flex exhaust flange, program weekly run timer, the pressure limiting device solenoid is not functioning properly. Pump curve data meets requirements.

telcon with Erin at CM Co. re. a request to allow TOC for storing empty containers in the tenant space prior to completing the associated sprinkler modifications (and telcon with B. Johnson regarding the scope of proposed work and capability of existing system). I indicated the owner would need to write a letter to D Hanneman making the TOC request and specifying the proposed stge arrangement and design capability of the interim sprinkler protection. I explained that it may also require "legal" review, so the process could potentially take several weeks to get a final answer.
