This permit is to remove an existing sprinkler (dialer type) monitoring panel and replace it with a Silent Knight 5208 fire alarm system panel. The new Silent Knight panel will be used the same as the dialer type panel and monitor the existing building fire sprinkler devices and will allow the tie in of the new ADI tenant improvement HVAC duct smoke detectors. Work to include, demolition of existing interior nonbearing partitions, construction of new interior partitions to create sales area, offices, training room, break room, and stock areas, installation of new suspended ceiling system with related lighting, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered ANY alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
