To remodel the exterior canopy on the north, west and south sides of 8001, 8017, 8033 & 8079 W. Franklin Road per approved plans, attached engineering and DRH06-00328. The canopy remodel on the west end of the building performed under BLD06-00632. Work to include new overbuild roofs and installation of new roofing, installation of EFIS system, new accessible curb ramps, new brick veener, miscellaneous related exterior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any modifications or alterations to the sprinkler system shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. *RmH* TVFP to demo a portion of the existing antifreeze loop sprinkler system to facilitate the removal of a portion of the exterior canopy. Antifreeze loop shall be placed back in service once demolition is complete.
