Description	Building D Idaho Records Management Bldg. D - To construct a new 12,745 square foot, one story addition to the east side of existing 33,000 square foot, two story storage and office building A/B. The new addition is identified as Building D. The new building addition is constructed of a pre-engineered metal building on a concrete slab floors and foundation. The fire sprinkler scope of work includes a new 8” underground service leading into the fire pump room. Two dry pipe systems will serve through out the roof and two levels on in-rack sprinklers. Rack types include single, double and multiple row. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD06-01663.

The roof dry system piping failed air test due to 4psi. loss at the guage, the lower and upper mezz. system air test passed with 1/2 psi. loss. Noted items for OH rough-in including one missing head at the upper mezz. NE stairs, locaiton of the main for both upper and lower mezz. has been moved from what the approved plans indicate, plans do not reflect outside drive thru piping or system feed for the office area, noted no QOD has been installed on the dry valve trim for the system over 500 gallons, no hose connections installed at this time, plants blocking FDC and WPI will need to be removed.
