Description	Install fire sprinklers through out this 112,315 ft/2 facility as required with exceptions in accordance with NFPA13. The fire sprinkler system work shall also comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The Underground scope of work has been previously approved under permit FIR06-00940. The attached bldg. permit # is BLD06-03088 -- 11/06/07 Revised Scope of Work: These plans, material data sheets and hydraulic calculations were resubmitted As-Built with corrections made as a result of the denied plans and subsequent review comments from 09/18/2007. A summary of each plan modification made during construction has been clouded and referenced as Rev #2 dated 10/24/07 on sheets FP1 - FP10. That summary is attached to each copy of the final As-Built plans for the owners use. Some modifications made during construction adversely affected the remote areas of operation resulting in the resubmittal of the plans and supporting calculations.

I called Jim Arslanian of Shilo. I explained we had reviewed the plans on 9/18/07 and emailed our response to Shilo, as is our standard procedure. I indicated that I had also explained this to Randy Knutson, Shilo's Design Mgr last week when he called inquiring about the status of the plans. I forwarded him a copy of the Plan Review email, which indicated plans would be held by the reviewer for 5 days if they wished to pick them up, after which time the plans would be discarded. He will look into it further.

OH hydrostatic testing completed acceptable, rough-in reinspect for the fan deck area failed due to missing hanger at added arm-over to a head beneath a duct at the NW corridor, also installed incorrect size rings at added branch line hangers in the fan attic 201D, stair #4 200Y is not complete at this time.
