To construct a 2,935 square foot office tenant space on the 1st story of a 22,502 square foot 2 story building (11,487 square foot 1st story and 11,015 square foot 2nd story). Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, interior doors, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Shilo Fire Protection to replace 16 SSU with new SSP's, install an additional 12 SSP's from the existing overhead sprinkler lines and relocate 2 existing sprig up SSU's. All work to accomodate new walls and ceilings.
