Description	Revised Scope of Work To install a fire life safety NFPA 13R system to prevent flashover (total involvement) in the room of fire origin, where sprinklered, and to improve the chance for occupants to escape or be evacuated, in a new 6,400-ft/2 two story, apartment building. An NFPA 13R fire sprinkler protection system is required. No hydrostatic test completed due to start pressures well below 200 psi., noted riser manifolds will need to be adjusted to provide access to the flow switches, recommend nailer plates be installed at 1.5" risers to the 2nd floor. C/N items from the previous inspection and tenting for the second floor are acceptable.

Missing proper hangers at the FDC piping, one utility room pendent is missing a hanger, need correct temp. SW head at a first floor bedroom, piping at two locations adjacent to the 1st floor carports are subject to freeze potential as installed, missing head at the riser, overspaced heads at the 2nd floor in three units, need to verifiy tenting prior to approval for cover.
