To remodel and existing 8366 sq ft retail tenant space for new tenant per approved plans. Work to include, demolition of existing interior nonbearing partitions, construction of new interior partitions to create sales area, offices, training room, break room, and stock areas, installtion of new suspended ceiling system with related lighting, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire srpinklered ANY alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Commercial Fire Protection to relocate drops and install 59 new SSP on existing drops and add 8 new SSP's via mechanical tees to accomodate new wall and ceiling modifications.
