This fire alarm permit is to extend an existing notification circuit into a newly remodeled area of a tenant improvement. Building Permit BLD07-00391 is to expand the existing office area by constructing 1,600 sq.ft. of additional space within the warehouse per approved plans. Total area of this building is 24,000 sq ft with the existing office area of 3,807 sq ft first floor with a 2,882 sq ft office mezzanine. The building is fully fire sprinkled for area. Fire sprinklers are regulated by Boise Fire. The newly created floor above the 1,600 sq. ft. office area is proposed as non occupied space only. No occupancy of any type is allowed in this area which is adjacent to the existing mezzanine.
