Description	Original Scope of Work: Install a wet pipe system to serve through out the new structure. The systems will consist of a wet preaction riser and an anti-freeze loop to serve the exterior canopy. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD06-02598 & UG permit #FIR07-00364. Original Plan Review Comments:5th Plan Review Comments 08/16/07: The plans were resubmitted due to modifications in the field. The modifications were apparent TI changes which exposed un-sprinklered areas. The modifications were made with-in the remote area of operation which adversely affected the calculations. This revision is noted to be Rev. # 3 dated 07/13/07. All changes are clouded and noted on sheets FP-1 & 2. Calc area #2 summary appears to be correct.5th Plan Review Comments 08/16/07: 1. The modification adversely affects remote area 2 which required a complete resubmittal. Four additional heads were installed to accommodate the modifications. The Anti-freeze loop expansion chamber has been moved to the exterior of the bldg. The revision is noted to be Rev. #4, dated 10/04/07 FP-2 of 2.

Provide forward flow bypass as indicated on approved plans, preaction pressure switch is not connected to the outside bell, need 911 sign at bell, provide lockout for the switches to the air compressor, need to certify the DCVA and the RP, provide calc. stickers, tags, signage etc. at the riser, need signage and locks for the control valves at the antifreeze loop, provide as-builts for field changes, need final walkthrough completed.
