Description	Scope of Work Beginning from the supply side of the Back Flow Device, (Supplied By Others). Install a life safety modified NFPA 13D system in a new one story duplex. 2,426-ft/2. (Units 4313 & 4315 Combined). The modification is the installation of a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along the common wall attached to the garage and the living space. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief. This permit is attached to: BLD06-03388.08/28/07 Revised Scope of Work This plan review is a result of changes made in the field during construction that warranted a complete resubmittal including a revised set of calculations. A new riser location has been noted on the plans dated 08/09/07 noted as Revision #1.

The plans do not match the installation. For example the riser has been relocated 15' south and two additional rooms have been added to the building which will cause the remote area to be moved to the south. The backflow device installed is not what was submitted. Additional hangers are required. The riser has been installed as cpvc and does not meet the installation requirements of cpvc installation. The plans show the riser to be sch 40 galv. Plans need to be resubmitted. I only looked at the south most building before stopping the inspection
