Description	This fire alarm quick permit is to program an onboard fire alarm relay to release new fire rated doors that have been installed and are to close in front of the elevator openings on the 1st through 3rd floors. Building permit BLD06-03043 is to install 60 minute minimum rated/450 degree maximum temperature rated doors on hold-open at the elevator openings on all floors to comply with an Alternate Approval on an expired Upgrade Agreement per approved plans. This is the last permitted work to be completed and approved to comply with the Upgrade Agreement. Other work permitted under BLD06-02914 should also be completed and approved. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. JCB
