This permit is to provide fire pump and sprinkler monitoring in a Les Schwab tire warehouse. Building Permit # BLD06-03440 is to construct a 190 sq.ft. fire riser room in existing 4,810 sq.ft warehouse building per approved plans. Exterior modifications involve removal of overhead door on west side and infill with CMU wall to match existing along with installation of one man door. This building to be fully fire sprinklered and will require a separate permit for installation of the fire sprinkler system. The interior work is to include construction of a one-hour rated wall, a one-hour rated ceiling and the installation of fire sprinkler system per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
