This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. Work includes 2 new openings between the existing "Mortgage Co." space and the adjacent 1,079 sq. ft. of original Shell permit, 'Area B', to become a part of their existing 4,185 sq. ft.tenant space, a new total area of 5,264 sq. ft. To construct a 9 foot wide cased archway, enlarging reception area; construct a hallway from the existing work area to the new open area, by reducing one existing office and converting remaining portion into a storage room; install new doors 2, 3, & 4 with accessibility compliant hardware; to construct new walls to create a conference room and add four interior windows, new ceiling and finishes.
