This permit is to install a new fire sprinkler monitoring system in a new building. The system includes a fire alarm panel, smoke detector, sprinkler monitoring devices, manual pull station and an outside horn strobe. Building Permit BLD06-03197 is to construct a new 24,900 square foot, one story, pre-engineered metal storage building and related site improvements. The required accessible plumbing fixtures are located in the existing office building located less than 500 feet from the remote portions of this new building. 3/22/07 Plan modification was approved to relocate the building 6 feet to the north and delete the one-hour south exterior wall protection (the building is now 11 feet from the south property line).
