Description	Scope of Work: Underground & Overhead Beginning from an existing 4” Ductile Iron & line off the West side of the bldg, run 158’ of 4” C-900 out and up into the riser room of the converted office bldg. A wet pipe sprinkler system will serve through out the bldg. including the attic. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD06-00470.08/18/07 Revised Scope of Work: These plans were resubmitted due to changes in the field which resulted in a complete new resubmittal of the plans and supporting calculations.

The overhead piping located on the second floor has numerous changes. These changes match the installation drawings but these drawings have no city approval. Resubmittals will be required showing the changes. All of these changes are in the remote area on the second floor. Insulation will need to be installed in the unsprinklered concealed spaces prior to cover approval as well.
