This permit is to provide fire alarm system monitoring of a new engine driven fire pump and new sprinkler monitoring devices in a newly modified fire pump room at the Market Street Warehouse (Formally Associated Foods). Building Permit # BLD06-02401 is to create a 35,159 sq.ft. secure tenant space within an existing 250,000 sq ft building for storage of high pile steel storage containers of assorted household goods per approved plans. Work to include, erection of 18 ft high metal stud and gypboard partitions, construction of a new restroom, installation of new exterior 18' overhead door & two 3' x 6' 8" man doors to be installed on the east side of the building, relocate an existing interior modular office space too within this space, This building is fully fire sprinkled any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Solid partitions are constructed to separate storage areas to less than 50,000 sq ft so heat & smoke vents are NOT Required. RMH **(PLAN MODIFICATION 1)**(3/8/07)** Plan modification to add a ramp and sand oil interceptor at new overhead door opening per approved plans and engineering.**(2ND PLAN MODIFICATION)**(4/13/08)** To expand an existing fire sprinkler pump room on the north side of building to install larger fire pump per approved plans and attached engineering. Work to include, construction of new CMU walls, concrete slab, and noncombustible roof deck. RmH Building Permit # BLD06-02402 is to create a 33,602 sq.ft. secure tenant space within an existing 250,000 sq ft building for storage of high pile insulation product, per approved plans. Work to include, erection of 18 ft high metal and gypboard partitions, construction of a new vestibule, installation of new exterior overhead door located on the south side of the building, This building is fully fire sprinkled any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. The partition walls separate the areas into spaces that are less than 50,000 sq ft so that smoke and heat vents are not required.
