Fairfield Ave., continue the 6” out and stub up into the riser room of the new 59,007-ft/2 bldg. This inspection was for an underground flush. The contractor had set up the flush through a 2 1/2" hose. The system riser is 4". Without a pito guage the actual flow could not be verified so no flush was performed. The underground flush shall conform to NFPA 13 10.10.2.1.3.

The underground piping is ok to cover but the installation does not match the plans. Additional fitting have been added as well as additional piping. I'm contacting DeBest Fire about my concerns.
