This fire alarm permit is to install a new fire alarm sprinkler monitoring system in an existing building (Shakoori Office Building) the sprinkler monitoring system includes a manual pull station, smoke detector, waterflow alarm, tamper and post indicating valve supervisory switches, and remote annunciator. Building Permit BLD06-03008 is to build-out a 1,839 sq.ft. area for use as a first floor office and a new second floor storage occupancy use groups. (1st floor = 1,338 sq. ft. / 2nd floor 501 sq. ft.). To install new interior bearing walls and beam to support new second floor structure; to construct compliant stairway with landings, guards and rails to the second story; construct new interior walls to create a break room area, fully accessible restrooms (HIS / HERS), mechanical/janitors closet and open office areas; and to install new electrical, mechanical, plumbing and sprinkler systems per approved plans to include red-lined notes on plans and attached copies of plan review conditions of all reviewing agencies.
