This fire alarm permit is to upgrade the fire alarm coverage and system in the sub-basement telephone room in the St Lukes Hospital. Work includes installing additional area and under floor smoke detectors, new notification circuit on an existing booster panel additional visual notification and monitor and release of a new preaction sprinkler system. Fire Sprinkler Permit FIR07-00420 is to install a single interlock pre-action system in the phone room at the basement level of the bldg. The system will serve the room on two levels including a sub floor. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. No Building permit is associated with this work.
