The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-02539. This permit s also attached to permit FIR07-00459 for Underground work.02/06/08 Revised Scope of Work:
These previously approved plans were resubmitted due to plan modifications which included adding 8 additional heads above the bathrooms and under the duct work. A 4” Wilkins 350A back flow device was installed in lieu of the approved 3” Ames back flow device. These changes altered the performance of the remote area of operation; as a result new calculations were submitted to support this modification. This modification was noted as a plan revision dated 02/06/08. A total of 24 heads were affected by this modification. This modification does not appear to adversely affect the remote area of operation.
