Scope of Work
ELDORADO 4-PLEX BLDG #3 * To install a fire life safety NFPA 13R system to prevent flashover (total involvement) in the room of fire origin, where sprinklered, and to improve the chance for occupants to escape or be evacuated, in a new 5,641-ft/2 two story, four unit apartment building starting at the top of a 2" Watts Series 007 Backflow Double Check control by others. An NFPA 13R fire sprinkler protection system is required for compensation for the lack of Fire Department access per 503.1.1, Exception 1. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device connected to an alarm system and an outside annunciating devise. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual service underground water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13R, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
